1. Services Provided

Savitri Cole Qigong provides live online Qigong instruction, online wellness courses, a growing on-demand video library, and in-person events.

 

2. Subscriptions and Billing

By signing up for a subscription, you agree to recurring monthly billing via your credit card through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or by emailing us directly before your next billing cycle.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• Single Online Events: All sales for single online events are final. Because digital access links and event URLs cannot be un-sent, refunds are not permitted once purchased.

 

• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your benefits until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, and you will not be charged further. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for the remaining days of an active cycle, except under mitigating circumstances (such as a service interruption on our part).

 

• In-Person Events: Cancellation and refund policies for workshops, retreats, and in-person events are handled individually. Please refer to the specific event registration page or description for its unique cancellation deadlines and policy terms.

 

4. User Conduct and Content

All video content, courses, and streaming material are the intellectual property of Savitri Cole Qigong. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing account logins is strictly prohibited.
