This is a gentle, integrative approach to well-being that weaves together nourishing lifestyle habits, supportive mindset practices, and simple daily rhythms that help you feel more grounded, clear, and capable.

Together, we explore areas of your life where small, realistic adjustments can create meaningful change — physically, emotionally, and mentally. Each session is personalized, practical, and rooted in compassion, guided by experience, directed by your intuition and body-wisdom.

  • Sessions are personalized based on your goals and current needs

  • Gentle accountability with clear, supportive next steps

  • Optional 30-minute check-ins and adjustments, as needed

We begin with an initial consultation and a wellness questionnaire to clarify your goals, learning style, and how you prefer to be supported.

Clients also review simple coaching policies and guidelines before beginning.

3-Month Whole-Life Coaching Package

A steady, supportive commitment for meaningful change.

  • Six (6) 75-minute sessions, typically meeting every two weeks

  • Access to supportive resources and materials during your package

Single Sessions (After Package Completion)

For continued support, integration, or focused refinement.

  • 75-minute sessions, typically meeting every two weeks

  • Available to clients who have already completed a coaching package
