I know what it's like to feel unsure of your path—uncertain how to move forward, overwhelmed by the noise of the world and the inner chatter of the conditioned mind. For years, I struggled with my health, with fulfilling relationships, with connecting to a sense of purpose in work that truly lit me up. The way ahead wasn’t always clear.

​

But deep inside, I've always been called  to the journey of healing, wholeness, and health-filled expansion. 

​

So, I spent years learning how to come back to myself, to take care of myself, and get in touch with my Self.

 

I studied lifestyle health and wellness, movement, somatic tools, meditation and breathwork. I embarked on the journey of contemplation through Eastern wisdom traditions, mindset work, nervous system regulation, establishing healthy boundaries, and energy alignment. Physically, I've taken undertaken a radical life transformation through nutrition that stabilized my blood sugar, killed hunger cravings, regulated my hormones, and unleashed a healing experience that has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. And, professionally?

 

I've said a resounding, "Yes!" to my life's calling. One that is aligned with my soul and need to "live slowly".

It's been an incredible journey of learning how to tune in to the innate wisdom of the body, honoring intuition, and developing tools and a lifestyle that truly supports me.

 

And, I love sharing these tools, and helping others find their own way​

As a Holistic Life Coach, teacher and guide, my mission is to help people live life with greater peace, health, joy & intention.
